Good hotel with its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient amenities like wi-fi, fitness center, and indoor pool. During my first stay, they even helped me with local info, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend it!

Tidy and COMFORTABLE MODERN place, very professional staff. Outstanding food in the restaurant, complimentary breakfast with biscuits and mass produced food and muffin. Location so close to the waterfall as well as Eureka night life. Also, close to everything in town.

During my 2-night stay, I was impressed with the modern decor and spacious atmosphere throughout my time here. The automatic pancake machine at breakfast was a big hit with my family. Accessibility features were also commendable, ensuring a comfortable experience for everyone.

The breakfast offered scrambled eggs and sausages, which I enjoyed. The city view from our room was excellent.

I would have preferred bacon over sausages since we stayed five nights.

Staying here with our two babies was a treat! The pool was perfect, and the breakfast options were plentiful were nice. The nearby Sequoia Park Zoo was a fun outing for the whole family.

The hotel is one of the most modern chain hotels i've seen, with beautiful decor and a fun vibe. The lobby is amazing, with a fireplace and large screens. The bedding was super comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was just a good match for a passing visit in Eureka with reasonable price. The room was spacious and very clean. Watch out for the muffins at breakfast. One had mold on it.

I was appalled at how they mishandled billing. They ran my credit card multiple times, exceeding my limit and causing unnecessary stress. When I addressed this issue, management dismissed me and called me a liar, despite clear evidence. I've never experienced such disrespect towards a loyal customer.
